English for university entrance exams
Your exam has a date. Your English needs a plan.
The English section of an entrance exam does not test conversation — it tests reading under pressure. This track trains exactly that: reading fast, grasping the essentials and choosing the right answer without translating word for word.
- ENEM
- Fuvest
- Unicamp
- Unesp
- Admission abroad
The plan until exam day
The time you have defines the plan. These are the three phases, in the order they happen.
-
Phase 1
Diagnosis and foundation
We work through a past exam together to see exactly where you lose points: vocabulary, sentence structure or reading strategy.
-
Phase 2
Reading technique
Intensive training in skimming, scanning, inference and connector mapping, with texts of the same level and format as those on your exam.
-
Phase 3
Mock exams and timing
Full exams in real time, with question-by-question feedback and fine-tuning of your time management.
What we will train
- Strategic reading: how to find the answer without reading the whole text.
- Interpretation: inference, main idea and the author's intent.
- False cognates and the traps examiners repeat every year.
- High-frequency exam vocabulary, always in context.
- Detailed feedback on questions from past exams.
- Time management: how many minutes to spend on each question.
