English you will actually use abroad
English that gets things done, from departure to return.
Nobody needs advanced grammar to travel well — you need to know how to ask, understand the answer and handle the unexpected. This track simulates the situations you will really face.
The stages of a trip
Each stop has its own vocabulary and its standard questions. We practice them one by one, through simulation.
-
Check-in and boarding
Window or aisle, checked luggage, boarding pass. The questions are few and always the same.
-
Immigration
Purpose of the trip, length of stay, where you are staying. Short, direct answers — rehearsed until they come out without hesitation.
-
Hotel
Reservations, check-in, requests and complaints. How to ask for something without sounding rude and how to fix things when they go wrong.
-
Restaurant
Menus, dietary restrictions, asking for and splitting the check. Includes allergy vocabulary, where mistakes are costly.
-
When something goes wrong
Cancelled flight, missed connection, lost luggage, pharmacy. And the most useful phrase of all: asking people to repeat more slowly.
Who it is for
- Tourists who want independence without relying on a translation app.
- Business travelers who need to get by outside meetings too.
- Those going on an exchange program or spending a season abroad.
- Those who have traveled before and struggled because they could not understand what was said.
How the lessons work
- Spoken simulation of each situation, at the real pace of conversation.
- Listening practice with different accents.
- Immediate correction, with attention to pronunciation that gets in the way of understanding.
- A plan adjusted to the time left before your departure date.
